Our College 7s Player of the Year might be someone you’ve not heard of this time around. It’s not the leading scorer from the Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship, it’s not a standout from the inaugural ACRC 7s championship, and there was no 2014 USA Rugby College 7s National Championship to pluck an MVP from. Instead, our guy comes from the NSCRO ranks. Kevon Williams was one of the talks of the 2014 CRC, even though he wasn’t playing in the main event. His New Mexico Highlands team was in the NSCRO National Championship tournament being held at PPL Park in conjunction with the CRC, and he led the Vatos to the championship game, where they fell to New England College…..Read More
